MotoBooking is a Greek motorcycle leasing and monthly rental company. We offer flexible rental for both individuals and businesses, so you can enjoy the freedom of a bike whenever you need it. We also offer the option to buy out the vehicle, plus a monthly subscription (from one month onwards) or longer-term leasing, depending on your needs. We do not offer daily or weekly rental — we work exclusively on a monthly basis.
We offer flexibility on buying out the vehicle while keeping our terms fair and transparent. You can purchase the bike you have leased, but you need to stay in the lease for at least 12 months to earn that right. This keeps the purchase within a reasonable timeframe and on the right terms. The buyout price is based on the real market value of the vehicle — without the opaque practices or inflated prices you often find with the competition.

Yes. With MotoBooking ZERO you ride by the month and return the bike whenever you no longer need it — ideal for long-term visitors. We just ask that you let us know a little in advance (about 2 weeks).
Working with MotoBooking on Your Lease
If you do not pay your monthly fee within the set time limit, you will receive a reminder by email and Viber message. If payment is not made within three days of that reminder, you will need to return the bike. If these terms are breached, MotoBooking will take legal action to protect its interests.
Yes. Each plan comes with a monthly mileage package (for example 1,000, 2,000, 3,000 or 4,000 km per month) and you pick the one that matches how much you ride. If you need more kilometres you can choose a higher package. The included mileage keeps your monthly cost predictable, with no surprises.
Every bike is thoroughly inspected and serviced before delivery and handed over in excellent condition, ready to ride.
If any damage occurs, get in touch with us and we will guide you through the process. Routine service and maintenance are covered and insurance is included; you remain responsible for damage caused by misuse or accidents, as set out in the agreement. We arrange the repairs and, where needed, a replacement vehicle so you are not left without a bike.

Tax Benefits of Leasing
Many people wonder this, and there is no single answer that fits every case. For a business, buying a vehicle means only 12% of the acquisition cost can be deducted from income tax at the end of the tax year, whereas leasing costs pass through in full as expenses. In general, leasing is advantageous for a professional: you save considerably on tax while paying less overall, since maintenance and insurance are handled by us. It is best to review your own situation with your accountant to decide what suits you better.
For example, if a business buys a bike for professional use for €4,000, only €480 of that can be used on the tax return as an expense for the year. If instead they pay, say, €4,000 for an annual lease of the same vehicle, the entire amount can be put through as annual expenses. Combined with the maintenance and insurance we cover, this can give a professional an advantage of several thousand euros compared with buying outright.
Returning Your Leased Scooter or Motorcycle
The lease term is flexible. You can keep the bike for as long as you like and return it at any time, with no extra charge and no commitment — we just ask that you let us know 2 weeks in advance. For formal reasons our agreement states a 12-month period; if you return the bike earlier you will not benefit from the extra offers and the Booking Deposit advantages that come with staying longer.
Simply let us know about 2 weeks in advance and arrange the return with us. There is no extra charge for returning the bike when you no longer need it.
Acquiring a Bike Through Leasing
Almost no time. Once you have paid the lease amount and the deposit, you will be ready to collect your scooter or motorcycle within about 10 working days.
With MotoBooking ZERO there is no down payment. Before delivery you pay the first monthly fee and the Booking Deposit; after that you simply pay the monthly fee.
The Booking Deposit is an amount paid before the lease starts that secures your bike. It is not a down payment on the price — it unlocks benefits such as discounts when buying out the vehicle and loyal-customer advantages after two years in the contract.
Yes, certainly. Just before you finalise your booking you will have the option to pay a larger amount as a down payment, which reduces the monthly fee for your bike.
No. The monthly price is all-inclusive — service, maintenance and insurance are included, and the only thing you add is fuel. There are no hidden charges.
Yes. You can buy the bike you have leased, provided you have stayed in the lease for at least 12 months. The buyout price is based on the vehicle’s real market value.
Of course you can. If you are under 25 you will be asked to pay a small additional amount per month until you turn 25.
No. MotoBooking has a wide range of brand-new and lightly used vehicles. All the bikes on our platform are registered in Greece through Greek dealerships, thoroughly inspected and in excellent condition.
